Position Overview
We are hiring an MEP Billing Engineer / Billing Support professional who will be responsible for handling billing activities, quantity verification, BOQ analysis, and coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP billing processes along with good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD quantification.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and verification of MEP billing documents
Handling client billing and vendor billing activities
Quantity verification and measurement sheet preparation
BOQ preparation and rate analysis
Coordination with site teams and project stakeholders for billing inputs
Reviewing project quantities as per drawings and site execution
Maintaining billing records and supporting project documentation
Performing quantification using 2D AutoCAD drawings
Ensuring timely submission of bills and related reports
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of MEP billing activities
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
Experience in quantity verification and measurement sheets
Positive command of MS Excel
Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD quantification
Positive coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing calculations
Ability to work with project and site teams effectively
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP billing/support activities
Preferred candidates with practical exposure to client and vendor billing processes
