Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters.
Allocate hiring requirements and monitor team performance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
Develop sourcing strategies for bulk and lateral hiring.
Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.
Ensure SLA adherence and quality hiring.
Prepare recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
