Role & responsibilities
Drive rental business growth by achieving revenue targets, acquiring new customers, securing long-term contracts, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Develop strong customer relationships through regular engagements, technical-commercial solution selling, effective negotiations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, depot, and service to ensure asset availability, seamless project execution, and timely delivery while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts in SFDC.
Expand the rental business by identifying recent markets, supporting the development of scalable rental models, providing market insights, and driving customer adoption of rental solutions.
Identify, onboard, and develop rental dealers by evaluating their capabilities, enabling sales and service excellence,



driving joint business development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Preferred candidate profile
Degree or Diploma in Engineering is essential. An MBA or a Postgraduate qualification in Management will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Engineering Graduates or 7 years for Diploma holders. Candidates with a postgraduate qualification should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, vendor management, digital marketing platforms, and Power BI.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a willingness to travel extensively.
Robust team-building, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
