Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in operations management, with at least 7 to 10 years in a leadership role
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines




Experience in the consumer services industry is preferred

Lead and manage a team of operations personnel to achieve departmental goals
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
