Design and develop customer communication and document generation solutions.
Configure and implement Oracle Documaker Studio, Docupresentment, and Interactive components.
Create and maintain templates, forms, correspondence, policies, statements, invoices, notices, and customer communications.
Work closely with business users to understand document lifecycle requirements.
Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
Support production issues and perform root cause analysis.
