We are looking for an Experienced NOC Manager for Network Operations & BNG Expert

Here is what you will do
Implement projects/assignments related to network maintenance, upgrade, scaling, etc.
Monitor network uptime and performance, security, redundancy
Install, configure and maintain switches, routers and servers.
Test new features and products, document test cases and results
Resolve service problems by providing the best solution to internal teams and customers.
Simulating live network topology in lab and troubleshooting issues
Maintain applications including regular backups, high availability, latest version and security
Adaptable to work at any hours as per business requirements.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks.
Maintaining SOP for all troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Enterprise customers escalations management and interaction for troubleshooting and handling of issues.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DESIRED:




10+ yrs of experience in NOC Support or networking related profile
Manage end to end BNG operation & Projects.
BNG Vendor management.
Capacity & Feature planning.
Crisis/Disaster management
BNG security.
Cross functional coordination.
New BNG Product / Solution evaluation & Implementation.
Hands-on for multiple BNG products : Huawei , Nokia
Decrease manual effort & reduce FR through automation.
Arrange training for current product & work towards team skill improvement.
Vendor Escalation & Outage restoration
SOP/MOP/NW diagram review and update
Working on changes and incidents for all BNG issues.
Team Management
Process Evaluation & Improvements
Versatile to different working hours & late hours migrations
Understanding of AAA workflows & solutions along with integration with BNG and complete eco-system.
