Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable MERN applications.
Build secure REST APIs and backend services.
Integrate frontend with backend efficiently.
Collaborate on product architecture and feature planning.
Optimize application performance and security.
Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Requirements
Solid hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
Valuable understanding of database design and API development.
Experience with Git version control.
Ability to work independently and meet project milestones.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation
Revenue Sharing Basis until successful project completion.




No fixed monthly salary during the development phase.
Revenue share will be as mutually agreed before project commencement.
Upon project completion, minimal maintenance work will be provided with separate maintenance compensation as applicable.
