Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM system, customizations, and reports.
Architect and implement D365 CDS PowerApps models and automate business processes using Microsoft Flow.
Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines, flows, and SQL-based solutions.
Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and plugins.
Develop reports using FetchXML and maintain source control using GitHub.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scrum masters and product owners, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the CRM system.
Document and lead the implementation of technical features, improvements, and innovations.

Required Skills:
Solid development experience with D365 CRM, including plugin development, customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.




Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, SOAP endpoints, and Visual Studio.
Experience with Azure technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and DevOps pipelines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Flows, and ETL technologies (Scribe Online, Kingswaysoft).
Proficient in configuring security groups, roles, and teams within D365.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills:
Experience with Microsoft O365 integrations, including SharePoint and Mobility.
Familiarity with Azure Logic, Azure Functions, and Data Export Service.
Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE.
