Requirements
MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
Demonstrated robust clinical knowledge in diagnosis, treatment, and management of common medical conditions.
Proficiency in patient examination techniques, history taking, and clinical documentation.
Experience or training in emergency medicine, critical care, or general medical wards (internship or rotational training preferred).
Ability to make sound, timely clinical decisions under pressure with accuracy and accountability.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to clinical reasoning.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Active listening and empathetic engagement with patients to build trust and ensure patient-centered care.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.
Willingness to work in a quick-paced, high-demand healthcare workplace with flexible scheduling, including night shifts and on-call duties.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
