To implement programmes efficiently by coordinating people, processes, logistics, and information, while creating a positive learning experience for participants.
Conduct participant mobilisation, selection, onboarding, and communication.
Design & implement programme plans by coordinating with facilitators, partners, and participants.
Plan and manage programme logistics, schedules, training materials, and field visits.
Ensure participant records, attendance, feedback, and programme documentation is maintained as per project requirements.
Ensure participant engagement, identify implementation challenges, and support with timely follow-up.
Responsible for programme reporting and continuous improvement through field observations and data.
Research, identify,



and coordinate outreach with mobilization and placement organisations, and other strategic partners; maintain outreach trackers and ensure follow-ups.
Ensure career or livelihood transition and placement or incubation support initiatives by coordinating with employers & student alumni, maintaining placement or entrepreneurs databases, sharing opportunities with participants, ensuring participants avail suitable career or livelihood prospects, tracking placement or livelihood outcomes, and conducting alumni engagement activities.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
