Overview:

We are seeking a energetic Placement Executive to build solid corporate connections, coordinate with hiring managers, and support end-to-end placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with client companies.
Share student profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
Travel to companies for tie-ups & placement discussions.
Support and participate in on-campus recruitment drives and placement initiatives.
Maintain accurate placement records and regularly track student status.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination.

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
Basic understanding of recruitment and interview processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other outreach tools.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle data, maintain records, and generate reports.

Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
