Job Requirements:
Proven drafting skills of Tariff petitions, ARR, appeals, replies and getting them filed before Electricity Regulatory Commission/APTEL etc.
Handling regulatory and policy matters relating to the disputes between GENCOs, TRANSCO & DISCOM
Co-ordinate with government bodys for the various regulatory approvals
Thorough knowledge of Sector Regulatory framework & Understanding of Generation-Transmission- Distribution Legislation
Knowledge of power trading, power sale/ purchase, open access, power exchanges, RECs, regulatory & statutory provisions etc., shall be preferred




Understanding of the working of Indian Power System
Excellent Analytical Skills and Command over MS- Office
Highlight & escalate foreseen delays or slippages in timelines, cost overruns etc.
Preparation of Project Reports, MIS and other related documents etc.
Capacity building and training of clients
Ensures engineers and other personnel implements operating procedures to resolve system malfunctions
Should preferably have an experience working with various types of clients including Government and Private Utilities.
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years’ of experience in Regulatory matters and Power purchase.
