Key requirements for QA:-
Experience in Contract drafting / Creating / Validating
The Quality Specialist shall be responsible for Service Delivery Quality in the areas assigned
Perform activities delegated as per Service Quality Plan
Identify metrics to be tracked for the processes, Report the Table F performance on monthly basis
Perform root cause identification of process failures and implementation of corrective/preventive actions
Understanding Process of Transaction Monitoring, Validation of Sampling Plan on Qtr. basis, Random audit of TM process on key controls like %age audit, Sampling method adherence
Process Management: Auditing, Gap Assessment, Root cause analysis, Coaching & Feedback
Problem solving skills, Data Analysis, Presentation Skills
Ability to or have handled Client Governance
End-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C)
operations for LinkedIn’s B2B business
convert P.O to Sales order. - Sales order creation
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
Prior exposure to the Petrochemicals industry is advantageous
Key Skills & Expertise:
Robust communication skills with experience in engaging both internal and external stakeholders
Hands-on experience in Quote and Order Management
Ability to manage customer inquiries, including handling disputes and returns
Proficient in SAP and familiar with its application in supply chain processes
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Work Setting:
Must be open to working in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
Required to work in office on all working days
