Role and Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and project execution from concept to completion.
Prepare and review architectural, working, and construction drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape consultants, and contractors.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and design compliance.
Ensure adherence to building codes, approvals, and project timelines.
Review materials, shop drawings, and construction details.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
5+ years of experience in residential or hospitality projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
Robust knowledge of construction detailing, building regulations, and site execution.
Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
Experience with luxury villas or premium residential developments is preferred.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
