Roles And Responsibilities




Design and deliver training programs for current hires and existing employees on processes, systems, and soft skills
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and other forms of feedback
Develop training materials such as presentations, handbooks, and learning aids
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps
Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to ensure continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process training
