Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and international purchasing. Candidates with procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) and knowledge of IT hardware and electronics sourcing will be given preference.
Responsibilities
Manage online bidding activities and develop new vendor relationships.
Analyze customer RFQs and identify product requirements.
Prepare accurate costing and technical quotation packages.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts.
Coordinate logistics by evaluating freight costs and selecting suitable shipment methods.
Ensure compliance with international sourcing regulations, including taxes, duties, and import/export requirements.
Build and maintain robust supplier relationships while evaluating vendor performance and onboarding new suppliers.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management.
Good market knowledge of IT hardware and electronic products.
Experience handling RFQs, vendor negotiations, and international procurement.
Solid analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
High attention to detail with accuracy in costing and documentation.
