Job Summary The Technical Lead for DevOps Solutions at HCL will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of DevOps practices, Python development, and version control using GitHub. The role involves leading a team to ensure productive software development, deployment, and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of devops practices within the organization
Develop and maintain python scripts for automation and integration purposes
Manage version control systems, particularly github, for tracking changes and collaboration
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance the software development lifecycle
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize processes

Skill Requirements

Experience: 6+ Years

Primary Skills:



Python FastAPI ( Must ), Azure, GCS AI Search, SQL, Data Lake, API Development

Secondary Skills: .NET Core, Azure App Services, Azure Resource Groups, Azure DevOps Pipelines

Basic Front-End Knowledge: Angular, React

Role Type: Senior Backend / Full Stack Engineer

Domain: Cloud, AI Search, Enterprise Applications, API Development

Other Requirements

1.DevOps certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) would be a plus
