ISO Documentation (Quality Engineer – MR Representative)

Location: Gummidipoondi

Job Summary:

Quality Engineer – MR Representative to manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ability to ready & understand the Drawings.
Instrument Handling Like, Measurement tape, Vernier Caliper, Try Square, Micrometer etc.,
Prepare Documents Compliance as per ISO 9001
Basic knowledge of Hot Rolling, Fabrication, Hot Dip Galvanizing process
Develop the Work Instruction / Procedure.
Knowledge of Clause wise Requirement of ISO 9001
Knowledge of Internal Auditing & Prepare the Internal Audit Reports
Prepare the CAPA & MRM Minutes
Working as Management Representative
Active participant in Quality Department Activities

Experience
3–8 Years of experience in Quality Assurance and ISO Documentation.




Experience as MR Representative or Assistant MR Representative is preferred.
Experience in Transmission Line Tower (TLT), Solar Structure, Fabrication, Steel, or Galvanizing Industry is highly preferred.

Technical Skills
Required Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Experience in Internal Auditing and Audit Management.
Knowledge of CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, 7 QC Tools, and Quality Documentation.
Ability to prepare SOPs, Process Flow Charts, Formats, and Procedures.
Valuable understanding of fabrication, hot rolling, galvanizing, or steel manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
