About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support patient-centric healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient onboarding, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a patient-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient onboarding and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient and project records.
Coordinate with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to facilitate timely project execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with patients and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and follow-up records.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of project documentation and patient information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timely issue resolution.
Support data collection, reporting,



and documentation for project tracking and performance analysis.
Maintain adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Biology background preferred).
0–1 year of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, patient support, or a related field.
Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
