Perform mechanical design, analysis, and sizing of powertrain components for hybrid and electric vehicles (PHEV/MHEV).
Conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis of powertrain systems from the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, and system engineering to integrate mechanical designs.
Lead project activities related to powertrain mechanical sizing, planning, and execution.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards, safety, and performance requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to skill development within the team.
