Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
Conduct and coordinate internal ISO audits and ensure audit compliance.
Prepare, review, and control quality documents and records.
Support IATF 16949 implementation and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Handle customer audits, certification audits, and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Prepare and maintain Core Quality documents, including PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans.
Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor quality performance and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with IATF 16949 requirements.
Experience in ISO documentation, audit preparation, and customer audit handling.
Hands-on experience with Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan).
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
