Preparation of BPD (Business Process Document) with AS-IS and TO-BE Documents and get the signoff from Core Team and Process Owner.
Identify the GAP and done the current developments as per the client requirements.
Working on incident and change request ticket and enhancement.
Attend customer call regular basis for recent change requirement and support.
Support Testing team to execute these scenarios and provide Test data to them.
Analyze the scenarios and Design the same test scenario in HPALM and WORKSOFT
Participate in meetings to discuss the status and issues.
Create document for executed scenario and provide KT to other members.
Prepare Functional specification and helping technical team in TS.
Work on Vistex ,chareback ,rebate agreement.
Do S4 HANA
