Production Management: Achieve daily/shift forging production targets as per the schedule, overseeing furnace heating and press operations.
Quality Control: Ensure forged parts meet specifications by conducting quality checks, managing inspection processes, and minimizing rejections.
Process & Die Control: Supervise die setting and maintain optimal operating parameters (e.g., tonnage, cycle time, temperature).
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines, PPE usage, and company, state, or federal regulations.
Team Leadership: Guide, train, and manage operators and technicians on the floor to optimize performance.
Machine Maintenance: Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, inventory, and labor hours
