Lead end-to-end data analysis projects to support AI-driven commerce solutions including pricing optimization, personalization, and customer behavior modeling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering & data science to translate business challenges into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
Design and implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate commerce initiatives and drive growth.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate complex insights to stakeholders in a explicit and actionable manner.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in commerce-related datasets to inform strategic decision-making
Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices in data handling, modeling, and interpretation.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalability of AI-driven commerce solutions.
Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches.

Qualifications:bachelors or masters degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in AI,



e-commerce, retail, or technology-driven environments.
Solid proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or equivalent analytical tools.
Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Solid understanding of A/B testing and customer segmentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
Experience mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
Familiarity with product management frameworks and understanding of software development processes is a plus
Ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in rapid-paced, agile environments.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical rigor.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of recommendation systems, NLP, and conversational AI applications is a plus
