Venus Remedies Limited is hiring an Executive Officer (EO) for the Plant Coordination Department (PPIC) at Baddi .

We are looking for a planning skilled with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing who can coordinate production planning and ensure the timely availability of materials for uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Inventory Control, and Purchase departments for smooth execution of production schedules.
Ensure timely availability of Raw Materials (RM), Packing Materials (PM), and Excipients to prevent production delays.
Follow up with QC for the timely release of Finished Products and Packing Materials.
Monitor production progress and resolve planning-related issues through cross-functional coordination.
Maintain planning records, reports,



and GMP-compliant documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve production and dispatch targets.
Support adherence to production schedules while optimizing resource utilization.

Candidate Profile
26 years of experience in PPIC/Production Planning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Experience in Injectables and/or Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) is mandatory.
Positive understanding of production planning, material planning, and inventory coordination.
Knowledge of GMP documentation and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Robust analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
