Overview

The role of a React Developer is crucial to our organization as it involves creating user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows. This role is important for the development of the company's web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience and high performance.

Key Responsibilities
Developing current user-facing features using React.js
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Conducting code reviews and providing insightful feedback to improve the codebase
Documenting the codebase and its functionalities
Implementing automated testing integrated into development and maintenance workflows
Staying up-to-date with popular React.js workflows and technologies
Collaborating with other team members, including back-end developers and UI/UX designers
Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes
Participating in team meetings and offering valuable insights and suggestions
Collaborating with internal teams to design, develop, and maintain company web applications
Assisting in the development of APIs for front-end features




Working on code versioning tools, such as Git
Participating in continuous learning and sharing knowledge with team members

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a React.js developer or similar position
Extensive knowledge of React.js and its core principles
Familiarity with functional and class components, and component lifecycle
Experience with popular React.js state management (such as Redux, MobX, or Context API)
Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Knowledge of up-to-date authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Experience with unit testing and debugging
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Positive understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
Experience with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as Sass or LESS
