Role Description The Product & Catalog Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities.

This role involves creating, managing and updating the product catalogs, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and categories across relevant platforms. The specialist will collaborate with the design, sales, and operations teams to curate gift portfolios, ensure product accuracy, and maintain inventory-related information.

Daily tasks include analyzing product performance, identifying gaps or opportunities, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the development & sourcing of current gift concepts.

The role also requires responding to internal inquiries about product details, assisting with client proposals, and ensuring that catalog content aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.





Qualifications / Key Skills
Demonstrated experience as a Product Specialist or in product management, catalog management, or merchandising.
Analytical skills to interpret product performance data and recommend improvements.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners, internal teams and explicit presentation of product information.
Client centric skills to understand client needs, support sales presentations, and contribute to tailored gifting solutions.
Sales Cycle awareness, identify internal + external market trends with the ability to align product offerings as per demand and business goals.
A solid eye for details and robust organizational skills for managing multiple product lines and catalog updates.
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used for catalog management, e-commerce, or CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in gifting, retail, luxury goods, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Working Hours (Mon - Fri ) - 1000 -1900 hrs & Saturday 1000 - 1600 Hrs
