Position: Practice Lead - Catastrophe Modelling & Exposure Management

Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata

Role Overview

Senior leader accountable for shaping, architecting, and delivering client-centric catastrophe modelling and exposure management solutions. Owns the solution strategy, drives transformation programs, and partners across functions to translate client priorities into scalable, market-ready offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Strategic Consulting
Advise clients on catastrophe and exposure transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and capability uplift.
Client Engagement and Solution Strengthening
Lead the design and deployment of catastrophe and exposure solutions for insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.
Techno-Functional & Domain Leadership
Operate as the subject-matter expert across catastrophe modelling and exposure management.




Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with delivery, process excellence, digital platform, and data teams to co-create end-to-end solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Champion solution innovation through contemporary tools, platforms, and engineering practices.

Domain & Functional
Deep expertise in catastrophe modelling and exposure management across insurance, reinsurance, and broking.

Solutioning & Consulting
Robust solution architecture credentials with demonstrated RFP / proposal leadership and pre-sales experience.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Analytics, or a related discipline.
15+ years in solutioning, consulting, or transformation roles, including 7+ years dedicated to catastrophe and exposure management.
Demonstrated success working with global clients and multi-geography teams.
Proven track record in client-facing roles and large-scale transformation programs.
