Roles and Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable, cash flow, and general accounting functions for real estate projects.
Prepare MIS reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain accurate records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Robust knowledge of accountancy principles, practices, and regulations (GST).
Proficiency in Tally ERP software; ability to learn current systems quickly.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; solid problem-solving abilities.
