Lead and manage the Quality Control department.
Ensure incoming, in-process, and final inspections meet quality standards.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
Lead customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring successful audit compliance and timely closure of audit findings.
Handle customer complaints, CAPA, 8D reports, and root cause analysis.
Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Rejection, Rework) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF quality management systems.
Train and mentor the QC team on quality standards, inspection methods, and problem-solving tools.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Customers to resolve quality issues.
Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and proper maintenance of quality records.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
