Help patients manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional concerns.
Educate patients on coping strategies and emotional well-being.
Maintain accurate counseling records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and support groups on mental health and wellness.
Identify patients requiring psychiatric intervention and refer them to specialists when necessary.
Follow ethical guidelines and organizational policies in all counseling activities.
