We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational teaching skills, excellent classroom management, and a genuine interest in nurturing young learners in a warm, protected, and engaging setting.

Location: Chrysalis High, Begur Koppa Road

Key Responsibilities
Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, play-based activities, and sensory learning experiences.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Assess, track, and monitor individual student progress, developmental milestones, and behavioral growth regularly.
Guide young children in developing basic literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and good habits.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents,



and colleagues.
Support in preparing teaching aids, displays, and other learning resources.
Assist in managing classroom behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement.

Requirements
NTT/Mont./ECCE/B.Ed is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Early Childhood Development preferred).
Exceptional patience, robust communication, and creative classroom management skills.
Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten preferred.
Genuine passion and enthusiasm for early childhood education.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
