About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor from the door industry, ideally with hands-on exposure to pre-hung doors and door frames. The right candidate will have prior experience in reputed door manufacturing companies and must bring expert-level knowledge of door and frame production.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production of doors and door frames with strict quality control.
Plan and manage manpower, production schedules, and shift operations.
Ensure all processes meet company standards for accuracy and finishing.
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve targets.
Work closely with quality, design,



and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain production reports and share updates with management.

Requirements

Requirements
Education: ITI/Diploma/Degree in relevant field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in the door manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to pre-hung doors.
Proven ability to supervise and lead production teams.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end door manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
