Test Series and Books Management : Type academic content, books, and test series accurately. Format documents as per the company’s style guidelines. Upload formatted documents onto the internal systems or portals. Proofread typed material to ensure correctness and completeness. Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Maintain organized records of work done and versions of documents. Assist in minor editing and layout adjustments if required.
Content Review and Finalization: Implement necessary changes and prepare the final version for publication.
Product Launch Coordination: Ensure the final product is cross-checked and ready for publication. Communicate product launch details to the relevant teams.





Requirements
Positive typing speed (minimum [specify WPM, e.g., 40+ words per minute]).
Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and basic formatting tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Basic understanding of academic content structure (added advantage).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Solid organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with content development for educational products.
Experience with Zoho Sprints, Learnyst, and YouTube Studio is preferred.
