Phenom People is looking for a talented and experienced Product Development Engineer II to join our Engineering team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full time position.
The Product Development Engineer II will be responsible for developing and maintaining products and services that meet customer needs and specifications. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to work independently and collaboratively to design, develop, and test products.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test products to meet customer needs and specifications
Develop and maintain product documentation
Troubleshoot and debug product issues
Collaborate with other engineers and departments to ensure product quality
Monitor and analyze product performance




Develop and implement product improvement plans
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in product development
Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
