The Product Development Expert will lead the Current Product Development (NPD) of electromechanical products such as motors, actuators, solenoid valves, and mechanisms. The role requires hands-on expertise in design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting within the Aerospace, Space, and Defense industries. The candidate must have robust CAD skills, precision engineering knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to drive product innovation from concept to production.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and launch current electromechanical products from concept to production.
Oversee electrical and mechanical assembly of NPD projects.
Build concept models, prototypes, and pre-production samples.
Develop test rigs and support product testing for performance and environmental conditions.
Document assembly processes and work instructions.
Identify and maintain necessary tools, gauges, and fixtures.
Train and supervise junior engineers and technicians in AIT activities.
Ensure high-quality standards in product design and manufacturing.
