Job Summary

Pyramid Eats is looking for a Quality Executive with experience in the frozen food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality assurance, food safety, and quality control for frozen and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company quality standards.
Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and reports.
Investigate quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with the Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality.




Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices across the manufacturing facility.
Support internal and external quality audits.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the frozen food manufacturing industry.
Experience with Frozen Foods and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products such as:
Momos
Burger Patties
French Fries
Frozen Snacks
Formed Products
Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and food safety regulations.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an automated food processing plant is preferred.
