About the Role

CSC E Sewa Society is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Skill Development to lead and manage government-funded skill development projects, including DDU-GKY, PSDM, PMKVY, NSDC, and CSR initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, implementation, compliance, quality assurance, budgets, and team performance across multiple training centres.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor skill development projects.
Lead Centre Managers and Head Office teams.
Ensure compliance with government guidelines and SOPs.
Monitor training quality, attendance, assessments, and placements.
Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Coordinate with government departments,



funding agencies, and industry partners.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
Conduct regular centre visits and quality audits.
Ensure timely achievement of project targets.

Qualifications
MBA/MSW/Post Graduate or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of experience in skill development projects.
Experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NSDC, or similar programs preferred.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
