Sales Channels: Telecalling, Walk-in Counter Sales and Field Sales

Location: India

Responsibilities:
Carry out installation, inspection, troubleshooting and servicing of pumps.
Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical support.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical and operational issues in pumping systems.
Read architectural, mechanical and engineering drawings.
Prepare service reports and recommend required repairs or spare parts.
Coordinate with customers and the sales team for service-related requirements.

Requirements:
ITI, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pump servicing.
Practical knowledge of pump installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
