Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate investors, channel partners, brokers, and HNI clients.
Generate leads and drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Conduct client meetings
Assist in investor engagement activities and support fund generation initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities in the B2B and institutional real estate segment.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and closure of deals.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and basic commercial terms with clients under management guidance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and current real estate developments.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, B2B sales, or investor/client relationship management.
Basic understanding of real estate markets, property investment, and sales processes.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
