Role & responsibilities
Lead and mentor the engineering team across product development and platform initiatives.
Gain deep understanding of existing products, architecture, customer requirements, and technical debt.
Drive the evolution of products toward multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Define and enforce engineering standards, architecture principles, and coding practices.
Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.
Personally contribute to critical design and implementation activities.
Improve engineering productivity through up-to-date AI-assisted development workflows.
Partner with Product, Business Analysts, QA, and Leadership to deliver business outcomes.
Drive release planning, sprint execution, quality, and delivery predictability.
Establish scalable DevOps, observability, testing, and deployment practices.

Preferred candidate profile




Candidates should demonstrate practical use of AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and distributed systems.
Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
Solid understanding of SaaS and multi-tenant platform design.
Experience with tool like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure and/or AWS.
Well versed with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
Robust database design and performance optimization skills.
Ability to evaluate and modernize existing architectures pragmatically.
Agentic workflows and engineering automation.
