About Hirearn: Hirearn is building India's Workforce Operating System, helping businesses hire, manage, verify, and pay frontline workers through one platform. We're an early-stage startup solving real workforce challenges with technology.

About the Role: As a Product Management Intern, you'll work directly with the Founder on building and improving Hirearn's products. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to solve real business problems.

Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze user feedback
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
Conduct market and competitor research
Coordinate with developers and designers
Test new features before release
Improve user experience and product flows




Track product metrics and suggest improvements
Assist in planning product roadmap

Requirements: • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Curiosity to learn and take ownership
Basic understanding of technology/startups is a plus
Passion for building products users love
