Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end purchase order processing.
Source, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors.
Plan and execute procurement activities to ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, production, and logistics teams.
Monitor inventory levels and support material planning.
Process RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare purchase requisitions.
Maintain procurement documentation and ERP records.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and vendor payments.
Support inventory reconciliation, stock management, and GRN processing.
