Responsible for leading the Quality Assurance function for eCommerce/Marketplace projects. Will oversee test planning, execution, integration testing, defect management, and team leadership to ensure high-quality delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes.
Execute manual & automation testing across web, mobile, and APIs.
Validate end-to-end order journey (search cart checkout payment order returns).
Perform integration testing with OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment & Logistics systems.
Lead and mentor QA team; monitor delivery timelines.
Manage defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps and provide QA status reports.
Support automation and CI/CD testing pipelines.

Skills Required
Solid experience in eCommerce / Marketplace QA.
Expertise in Functional, Regression, UAT, API testing.
Hands-on with Postman, SQL, JIRA / Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Automation tools (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
Robust communication & team leadership skills.

Positive to Have
Experience in SFCC, Magento, Kibo, SAP Hybris.
Knowledge of OMS / ERP / CRM / PIM integrations.
ISTQB Certification.
