We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and responsible Play Area Associate to ensure children have a safe, clean, and enjoyable play experience. The ideal candidate will supervise the play area, assist guests, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome children and parents, ensuring a positive guest experience.
Monitor the play area to maintain a safe environment and enforce safety rules.
Supervise children during play and respond promptly to any concerns or incidents.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of play equipment, toys, and surrounding areas.
Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Assist with birthday parties, events, and special activities as required.
Manage entry and exit procedures, including wristbands or ticket verification.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow company policies, health & safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
Support the team with opening and closing duties.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service, childcare, hospitality,



or entertainment is preferred.
Friendly, energetic, and patient personality.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and adaptable shifts.
Physically able to stand for extended periods and assist in maintaining the play area.
