Hiring – Performance Marketing Executive

Company: Chessbrainz (Sports Tech)

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering children (ages 5–14) through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
Generate quality leads while maintaining target CPL & ROAS.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better conversions.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams.
Manage campaign budgets effectively.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of Performance Marketing experience.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Experience in lead generation campaigns (EdTech experience preferred).
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
