Job Purpose

Lead and oversee the entire production function to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-compliant manufacturing of electronic components, meeting output targets while optimizing cost and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control daily/weekly/monthly production operations across assembly, testing, and packing lines
Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery commitments and customer demand
Drive productivity improvement through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and waste reduction initiatives
Manage and mentor line supervisors, production executives, and shop-floor operators
Coordinate closely with Quality Control to maintain product quality standards and minimize rejections
Work with Maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime and minimal downtime
Collaborate with Procurement & Stores to ensure timely availability of materials and components
Monitor and control production costs, manpower utilization, and overtime within budget




Ensure strict compliance with Safety/EHS protocols and statutory regulations on the shop floor
Analyze production data (output, rejection rate, cycle time, OEE) and prepare MIS reports for management
Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S) and implement corrective/preventive actions
Support recent product introduction (NPI) and process industrialization with Engineering & R&D;

Qualifications & Skills
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering (MBA preferred)
Experience: 8–12 years in production/manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in electronics manufacturing
Skills: Production planning & control, lean manufacturing/Six Sigma, team leadership, ERP/SAP PP module, problem-solving, robust communication and cross-functional coordination

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
