Team Management: Overseeing and engaging project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining explicit and consistent communication with clients, project team members, and other stakeholders.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
Quality Control and Safety: Ensuring that projects meet quality standards and safety regulations, including conducting regular site inspections.
Budget Management: Tracking project costs, managing change orders, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Compliance: Ensuring that projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project.
Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
