We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery for our projects and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into explicit and achievable project plans, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. This role requires close collaboration with development, product, QA, DevOps, and client teams, with a strong focus on stakeholder communication, team coordination, risk management, and building positive working relationships across all levels.

:
Lead end-to-end delivery for current implementation projects and client projects.
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
Coordinate development, QA, implementation, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Run weekly progress reviews, track risks, and unblock issues quickly.
Manage communication with internal stakeholders and clients,



ensuring clear expectation alignment.
Facilitate requirement discussions, clarifications, and sign-offs.
Plan UAT, go-live, and post-release activities.
Handle change requests and assess impact across teams.
Maintain project documentation, status updates, and RAID logs

Requirement
5+ years of Project Management experience (mandatory).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid understanding of SDLC and agile approaches.
Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience in Banking & Finance domain is a plus
