Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise & Hotel Projects

Project Locations:
Bangalore: Kanakapura Road – 2 Towers (2B + G + 31 Floors) – Mivan Formwork – 12 Lakh Sq. Ft.
Vijayawada/Amaravati: 4-Star Hotel Project (3 Basements + Ground + 16 Floors)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, billing, and contract administration across residential high-rise and hospitality projects, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
Handle client & subcontractor billing (RA bills)
Monitor project costs, budget tracking, and cost control
Verify measurements at site and certify bills
Manage variation orders, rate analysis, and claims
Review drawings and specifications for quantity accuracy




Coordinate with site, procurement, and planning teams
Maintain billing records and documentation

Key Skills
Solid knowledge of quantity surveying & billing processes
Experience in high-rise residential and hotel/commercial projects
Familiarity with Mivan formwork quantities
Proficiency in rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and cost control
Positive knowledge of contracts and tendering
Robust analytical and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
3–8 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted for junior/senior roles)
Experience in high-rise projects preferred
